Are you a meticulous and proactive Software Quality Assurance Engineer with a passion for delivering flawless user experiences? We are seeking a talented mid-level QA professional to join our remote engineering team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, functionality, and usability of our software products across various platforms and browsers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive UI tests, rigorously evaluating both user experience and core functionality. Your keen eye for detail will be critical in identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs, contributing directly to the stability and reliability of our applications. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our product quality from day one. This remote contract position offers flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team. Given our employer's location in Canada, there will be occasional requirements for after-hours availability to facilitate effective communication and discussions. Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, specifically with mid-level responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and maintain UI test cases across multiple web browsers (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to test for intuitive design and user flow
• Proficient in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using standard bug tracking tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear bug reporting and team collaboration
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional after-hours meetings or discussions to align with Canadian business hours

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
