Software Sales Executive – ERP & HRM Solutions

Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a high-performing Software Sales Executive specializing in ERP and HRM solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian markets, proven experience in software solution sales, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ERP and HRM software sales targets across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, build strong business relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities through the company CRM.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with management and marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software solution sales, preferably in ERP and HRM systems.
  • Strong network and understanding of Bahrain and Saudi markets.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid GCC driving license and willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
