We are looking for a high-performing Software Sales Executive specializing in ERP and HRM solutions to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian markets, proven experience in software solution sales, and a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ERP and HRM software sales targets across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
- Identify and approach potential clients, build strong business relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical and pre-sales teams.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities through the company CRM.
- Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Work closely with management and marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software solution sales, preferably in ERP and HRM systems.
- Strong network and understanding of Bahrain and Saudi markets.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid GCC driving license and willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
