Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of HRMS solutions. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns. Report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience in B2B sales, specifically in HRMS, payroll software, or other related software solutions.
  • Proven experience in SaaS or cloud-based software sales. Strong understanding of HRMS/Payroll processes and how software solutions address business needs in these areas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.
  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and sales pipeline management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in HRMS, software, or technology solutions. Strong understanding of HR processes and the benefits of HRMS.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
