Job Title: Sales – ERP & CRM Solutions
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales personal to spearhead the sales of our new ERP solution designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, Zoho, Tally, or similar platforms across modules like CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance preferably in middle east region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building a strong client base, and establishing our ERP product as a trusted solution in the SME market.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the go-to-market sales strategy for the ERP solution in the SME sector.
· Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers through consultative and solution-driven sales approaches.
· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to highlight ERP capabilities.
· Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, to closing deals.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
· Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful project handover.
· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging ERP technologies to refine sales strategies.
· Provide market feedback to product or technical teams.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly and annual.
· Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM tool.
· work closely with marketing to generate and nurture leads, prospects and market penetration.
· Develop tailored ROI-based proposals for SMEs in priority industries.
Requirements
· Proven track record of 5+ years in ERP/CRM sales & Pre-Sales for SMEs in Odoo, Zoho, Tally, or similar ERP’s & CRM’s.
· Strong understanding of ERP modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance/Accounting.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Good to have implementation experience with any ERP Solutions.
· Ability to understand client pain points and align ERP solutions to business needs.
· Experience in B2B software/technology sales with SMEs.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
· Prior experience selling new ERP products/solutions.
· Familiarity with SaaS subscription models, licensing, and contract negotiations.
· Network of SME clients and decision-makers in the middle east region is good to have.
· Experience in managing long sales cycles and solution selling.
