Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Solution Architect to design and implement innovative, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic vision—bridging business objectives and technical execution. You’ll be responsible for defining system architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful project delivery from concept through deployment.

Our current technology stack primarily includes C# / ASP.NET Core, Python, PHP, JSON, Bash, and occasional integrations with JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical architectures.
• Define, review, and validate both high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Oversee software releases to ensure smooth deployments and strong user adoption.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for innovative and early-stage projects.
• Serve as the liaison between technical teams, product owners, and business leaders to maintain strategic alignment.
• Continuously identify opportunities for optimization and recommend system or process improvements.
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs, present tailored solutions, and develop actionable implementation plans.
• Stay up to date with client technologies, industry best practices, and Agile development methodologies.
• Analyze progress reports, identify risks or blockers, and ensure timely project completion.
• Recommend enhancements to clients’ digital infrastructure and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Architecture or Solution Design.
• At least 5 years of hands-on programming experience with modern languages.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of computing and storage platforms, operating systems, and DevOps automation pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet (strongly preferred).
• Familiarity with Risk Management frameworks.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
