Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, and other QA tools.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, and hands-on labs.
• Conduct offline (classroom) training sessions.
• Mentor students on projects, assignments, and provide career guidance.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
• Customize training content based on corporate or individual client requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Software Testing and QA Automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, etc.
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Java, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Git, Jenkins, and other QA tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in corporate training, technical training, or mentoring is a big plus.
• ISTQB or other testing-related certifications are desirable.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
