The Solar Field Engineer will be responsible for supervising, installing, inspecting, and maintaining solar power systems at project sites. The role requires hands-on technical skills, site coordination, and ensuring timely completion of project activities with compliance to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and technical assessments.
• Supervise installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal project teams for smooth execution.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of solar PV systems.
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed during execution.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities (O&M).
• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide timely escalation when required.
• Support project handover activities and client coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
