- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
- Use various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calls, and online platforms to generate leads.
- Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
- Conduct site assessments to understand the energy requirements and suitability for solar installations.
- Educate potential customers on solar energy benefits, cost savings, and environmental impact.
- Provide tailored solutions and solar system designs based on client needs.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
- Present proposals and quotes to clients, explaining technical details in simple terms.
- Discuss financing options, incentives, rebates, and payback periods.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close the sale while maintaining company profitability.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up with leads and clients regularly, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or referrals.
