About the Role

Soleeva Energy is seeking an Entry-Level Solar Installer to join our growing field operations team. This role is ideal for individuals new to the solar industry who are eager to learn, work diligently, and develop into skilled solar professionals. You’ll assist with all aspects of rooftop and ground-mount installations under direct supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support crew leads and electricians with the installation of solar energy systems.
• Load, carry, and stage materials, panels, and tools safely on site.
• Assemble racking systems and assist in panel mounting.
• Maintain clean and organized worksites at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols (fall protection, PPE, lockout/tagout).
• Learn the fundamentals of solar installation, wiring, and layout.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of solar installation or related construction experience. (training provided)
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights or on ladders.
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn technical skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• OSHA 10 certification a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22 – $28/hour Depending upon experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
