Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all post-installation service calls and technician visits, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain a strong working familiarity with the functionality and advanced troubleshooting of major solar and battery storage equipment, specifically Enphase, Tesla, and Evervolt products.
Data Management & Compliance
- Update and maintain the customer database accurately following all service visits.
- Ensure all systems have functioning production monitoring post-PTO and regularly check monitoring of installed systems.
- Attend meetings with manufacturers to stay current on system maintenance protocols and updates.
Leadership & Customer Focus
- Train, mentor, and lead personnel within the O&M department on all operational procedures and technical skills.
- Provide excellent customer service through follow-up calls and clear communication, maintaining strong accountability and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate proactive and professional verbal and written communication with customers, staff, and partners.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure all O&M efforts are delivered in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must have significant experience in a Solar Operations and Maintenance or Solar Project Coordinator role.
- High level of experience resolving service tickets and performing remote system analysis.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Enphase, Tesla, and Evervolt solar and battery storage system functionality and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience with managing schedules and coordinating technician dispatching for field service.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and required software skills, with Salesforce experience highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on follow-through and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Request, track, and process all RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations), including coordinating the return of defective products and tracking labor reimbursement.
- Provide accounting with detailed documentation for RMA product replacement, including serial number and RMA number, for accurate reimbursement.
- Assist the installation team with remote troubleshooting during the system commissioning and PTO (Permission To Operate) setup processes.
- Delegate and ensure completion of required manufacturer training for the O&M team.
- Oversee the service ticket dashboard and monitoring pipelines, driving efficient workflow and completion.
- Coordinate and manage the field technician schedule across multiple service areas, including dispatching and work order generation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance remotely, applying high expertise in analyzing and resolving service tickets.
- Coordinate and order all necessary material and equipment for technician service visits.
- Generate Work Orders for any additional or unexpected costs and work required post-install.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
