Solar Project Engineer Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept to commissioning
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and performance targets
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success
• Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep stakeholders informed of project progress

Solar Project Engineer Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a related discipline
• Experience in managing large-scale solar projects
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar project management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solar projects
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
