Job Description:
Royal Solar Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our Solar Trade Department. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar products, driving business growth, and building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and expand the customer base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the designated area.
