Solar Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Jehlum. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the solar energy sector and possess the ability to effectively present technical information to clients. This role involves a mix of sales, technical consultation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities      

•     Conduct site surveys and load assessments to evaluate customer requirements.      

•     Design solar PV systems (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid) using industry-standard software.      

•     Prepare technical and financial proposals, quotations, and presentations.      •     Promote and sell solar products and solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.      

•     Provide clients with technical guidance on solar system performance, financing options, and ROI.      

•     Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.      •     Collaborate with the engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.      

•     Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.      

•     Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in solar energy.

Qalifications & Skills      

•     Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (preferred).      

•     Minimum 3 years of experience in solar sales or renewable energy sector.      •     Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.      

•     Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.      

•     Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PVsyst, Helioscope, or similar design tools is a plus.      

•     Ability to work independently and as part of a team.      

•     Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
