Solar Site Engineer

Location: Multi-site (Dubai and UAE)

Experience: Minimum 2 years (utility-scale solar projects, 1 GW+ preferred)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Renewable Energy

· Experience in utility-scale solar design, installation, commissioning

· Proficiency with PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office, basic project management

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead site surveys, feasibility assessments, installation supervision, commissioning activities

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, DISCOM utilities, and regulatory bodies

· Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with IEC/NEC/local codes

· Maintain project documentation: schedules, budgets, reports; support cross-functional teams

· Implement safety & quality standards, guide installation teams

Preferred Skills:

· NABCEP/IEC certifications

· Exposure to battery/storage systems

Salary will depend on the work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
