Solar/Electrical Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Solar/Electrical Site Manager to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems and electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven 10 years of site management experience, and the ability to lead teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for solar and electrical projects.
• Supervise installation teams, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with design and project management teams to resolve site issues.
• Conduct inspections and ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements are strictly followed on site.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in solar or electrical Design & installation projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, cabling, and electrical layouts.
• Knowledge of UAE electrical standards and DEWA/SEWA/FEWA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
