Huawei is seeking a Storage Solution Presales Manager to lead enterprise-level presales engagements, design cutting-edge storage solutions, and support our partners and clients in achieving their business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in enterprise storage technologies, strong customer engagement capabilities, and proven experience in solution design and presales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with enterprise customers to present storage solutions, including All-Flash, Backup, HCI, and Distributed Storage .
  • Understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions , and prepare HLDs, BOMs, and bidding documents .
  • Conduct training sessions for partner engineers and guide them during solution design and bidding processes.
  • Support customer-side workshops, POCs, and demos to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to drive business growth through innovative storage solutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields .
  • 5+ years of experience in IT solution presales, preferably focused on enterprise storage solutions .
  • Strong technical expertise in All-Flash, Backup, HCI, and Distributed Storage technologies.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise IT markets and industry trends .
  • Excellent customer engagement, consulting, and communication skills .
  • Passionate about technology, learning, and driving innovation .
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-driven mindset .
