Experts Communication is actively hiring a passionate and results-driven Software Sales Representative – Design Solutions to take charge of our software sales efforts within the design and development domain. We're looking for a professional with a strong background in software sales, exceptional client engagement skills, and a proven ability to close deals and lead strategic sales initiatives.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 250,000 (based on skills and experience)
Sales Target: USD 5,000 – 10,000/month
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for software-based design and development services
• Handle inbound leads and actively pursue outbound opportunities via platforms like Bark.com and Discord
• Present tailored software solutions to prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value
• Foster long-term client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups
• Track and analyze sales performance data, reporting actionable insights to management
• Work collaboratively with project managers and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably in web, design, or development sectors
• Strong grasp of front-end sales tactics and upselling methodologies
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently during night shifts
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., Bark.com)
• Highly organized, goal-driven, and solution-oriented
