Tech Sales Executive-Design

Experts Communication is actively seeking a talented and driven Tech Sales Executive-Design to lead our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in design and development sales, with strong expertise in front sales and upselling strategies. This role requires excellent communication, client handling, and project coordination skills.

Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 200,0000 (based on skills and experience)

Target: 4k$ to 7K$
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday/Sunday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
• Lead front-end sales initiatives, particularly in web, design, and development services
• Convert leads generated through platforms like Bark.com, Discord, etc., into closed deals
• Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and platforms, presenting tailored solutions
• Identify upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and improve revenue streams
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-ups
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report insights to senior management
• Demonstrate expertise in client need analysis and design-based solution selling
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve collective goals

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Sales, specifically design and development services
• Strong knowledge of front-end sales processes and upselling techniques
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead a team and work independently in a night shift environment
• Time management, goal-orientation, and problem-solving mindset are must-haves
