Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, requirements, and constraints.
• Design and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Define architecture strategies, standards, and best practices for applications and infrastructure.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to provide innovative solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and maintainable.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and performance evaluations of existing systems.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, developers, and technical leads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and DevOps, to ensure successful solution deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, or software engineering roles.
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in system design, microservices architecture, and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with software development, databases, and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of security best practices, compliance, and data protection regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience with AI/ML integration, data analytics solutions, or modern application platforms.
