How You Fit In
As a Solutions Consultant, Strategy & Growth, you won’t just support Bidgely’s international utility sales efforts — you will define the strategy behind them. You will take complex customer challenges across global markets and transform them into breakthrough solution architectures, compelling value stories, and high-impact proposals that directly fuel revenue growth.
This is a role for someone who wants to be at the center of AI and its role in transforming the energy industry. Beyond shaping individual deals, you will influence Bidgely’s long-term product direction and go-to-market strategy, bringing deep market insight, regulatory fluency, and a strong point of view on how AI is reshaping utilities.

Lead discovery calls to uncover each utility’s technical, operational, regulatory, and business challenges.
Architect solution designs and value narratives that demonstrate Bidgely’s differentiation and secure the technical win.
Deliver memorable demos, workshops, pilots, and proofs-of-concept that clearly communicate value to executive and technical audiences.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy to maximize competitiveness.
Build ROI models and business cases that help customers justify investment and accelerate deal progression.
Own the end-to-end RFP/RFI strategy, ensuring program designs and analytics models reflect the best of Bidgely.
Increase win rates by crafting market-relevant solution stories tailored to local needs, regulatory pressures, and competitive conditions.
Build repeatable assets, playbooks, and workflows that speed execution and shorten proposal cycles.
Support US and international teams with actionable insights on regional regulations, market forces, and emerging trends.
Mentor junior SCs, elevate presales consistency, and lead internal enablement sessions that raise the bar across the organization.
Serve as the “voice of the utility”, surfacing regional opportunities, market gaps, and competitive signals that shape Bidgely’s GTM and product strategy.
Translate utility and market intelligence into long-term strategic guidance for product, engineering, and marketing.
Author reference architectures, strategic white papers, and thought-leadership assets that open new markets and strengthen positioning.
Represent Bidgely at international conferences and webinars; present on AI, AMI trends, DERs, electrification, and other utility-relevant topics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
4+ years in Strategy, or Growth roles in SaaS, utility, or energy AI / analytics.
Deep domain expertise across utility programs, regulatory frameworks, and industry megatrends.
Experience in energy analytics, AI in utilities, AMI, DERs, DSM, EV, or grid modernization preferred.
Strong understanding of how utilities operate end-to-end—from regulation to grid operations to customer experience.
Ability to connect big-picture trends to actionable sales and product strategies.
C-suite-ready storytelling, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to design customer-centered solutions that deliver measurable value.
Willingness to travel up to 20%, including internationally.
Refresh sales strategy and market analysis materials twice annually.
Deliver 15+ proactive proposals as strategy/SME leads.
Deliver 25+ high-impact demos and presentations with international sales teams.
Represent Bidgely at 2+ conferences and present or join panels at 2+ industry events.
Reduce proposal cycle time by 20%+.
Improve RFP quality and reduce executive review time by 15%+.
Increase proposal win rates by 15%+.
