About the Role:
As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical bridge between customer needs and WebEngage’s platform capabilities. You will collaborate closely with
Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how
WebEngage drives business impact.
This role demands a strong mix of technical expertise, consultative problem solving, and storytelling, with the ability to engage confidently across technical,
marketing, and executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discovery and solutioning sessions with prospects to understand business challenges and align them with WebEngage’s platform capabilities.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Execute Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate integration, performance, and measurable outcomes.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and prepare detailed technical and functional documentation in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate across departments — Business Development, Marketing, and Market Research — to identify, qualify, and support the creation of Target Account Lists (TALs).
  • Engage effectively with IT, marketing, and business teams to align on solution architecture, data flows, and implementation strategy.
  • Support Sales and Partner Enablement by developing demo assets, training sessions, and knowledge resources to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Provide structured feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product improvements, and competitive insights.
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives such as events, webinars, and regional workshops as a technical expert and brand advocate.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting, preferably in SaaS, MarTech, CDP, or Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), data architecture, and integration frameworks (APIs, SDKs, data pipelines).
  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive analytics, and basic data science principles.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM ecosystems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, data integration, and web/mobile SDKs.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
