We are currently looking for a detail-driven and well-organized Purchasing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for accurately and efficiently handling FIT and FD bookings, supporting purchasing functions, and coordinating with airlines and suppliers. The position ensures adherence to company and airline requirements while delivering timely and accurate service to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and process ticket refunds using GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo.
• Communicate with airlines to confirm fare rules, penalties, and special service requests.
• Manage blocked group seats and handle date changes, whether complimentary or with applicable fees.
• Research and obtain the most competitive IT fares and promotional rates.
• Review ticket prices and confirm invoice accuracy prior to approval.
• Maintain organized documentation for issued tickets, fare agreements, and supplier records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing, travel operations, or airline processes (internships or short courses are an advantage).
• Familiarity with fare structures and refund procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
• Tagalog Speaking

Reports to: Ticketing Team Leader / Assistant Purchasing Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Preferred)
