Role Overview

We are hiring a Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume hiring through intensive candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working at pace, and experienced in managing multiple recruitment workflows simultaneously, including video screenings and job post management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing and screening across multiple open roles

  • Review resumes and conduct initial qualification assessments

  • Lead high-volume video screenings to evaluate candidate fit efficiently

  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage interviews across recruiters and hiring managers

  • Manage and maintain job postings across job boards and sourcing platforms

  • Create and update job descriptions (JDs) in collaboration with recruiters and stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS

  • Send high volumes of candidate communications, updates, and follow-ups

  • Support general recruitment administration and ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Ensure a consistent, timely, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

  • Previous hands-on experience in a sourcing or recruitment support role within a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environment is mandatory

  • Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

  • Proven ability to manage repetitive, high-volume recruitment tasks with accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable conducting video-based candidate screenings and managing tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting operational or high-volume recruitment teams

  • Familiarity with job posting management and employer branding basics

  • Experience working with recruitment metrics, pipelines, or reporting

  • Prior exposure to creating or updating job descriptions

  • ATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar

  • Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, video interview tools, Calendly

  • Collaboration & Productivity: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
