Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sourcing Manager from a real estate background with strong expertise in driving business through Channel Partners. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets through structured sourcing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive leasing/sales business primarily through Channel Partners, brokers, and consultants
• Develop, manage, and expand a strong Channel Partner network
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful closures
• Present projects professionally to clients, brokers, and corporate occupiers
• Coordinate with internal teams for deal structuring, documentation, and closures
• Achieve and exceed assigned sourcing and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate and timely MIS, reports, and sales trackers
• Conduct regular channel partner meets, presentations, and follow-ups
• Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and demand trends
• Ensure high-quality client servicing and relationship management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong business sourcing experience from Channel Partners
• Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
• Go-getter attitude with high ownership and accountability
• Strong reporting, MIS, and data analysis skills
• Target-driven mindset with consistent performance history

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Commercial Real Estate / IT / ITES Parks
• Exposure to corporate leasing and institutional clients
• Proven ability to close high-value transactions
• Local market knowledge of Navi Mumbai / Mumbai preferred
