Sourcing Manager – Direct Procurement

Title: Sourcing Manager – Diagnostics Direct Procurement (12-Month Contract)
Location: Tucson, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Description:
We are seeking a Sourcing Manager to support direct procurement operations for a leading biotechnology company. Responsibilities include supplier management, cost savings initiatives, master data management, and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (postgraduate preferred)
• 3+ years procurement experience (contracting, spot buying, enterprise systems)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with operational excellence or Life Sciences is a plus

Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday & Thursday at Oro Valley campus, Wednesday at Marana campus), 2 days remote.
