Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to handle sourcing operations for our core product lines, including industrial touchscreen monitors, POS systems, digital signage, and self-service kiosks.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in electronics sourcing, supplier management, and international procurement—especially from China.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers for LCD panels, touch screens, electronic components, POS hardware, and kiosk systems
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers in China.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and contracts
• Identify high-quality and cost-effective products aligned with company needs
• Coordinate with logistics teams for smooth shipment and delivery
• Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities
• Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and consistency
• Handle sampling, customization, and product development with factories
• Maintain sourcing records, cost sheets, and pricing analysis
• Manage supply chain risks and ensure product availability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years of sourcing/procurement experience (electronics preferred)
• Strong experience working with Chinese suppliers and platforms like Alibaba & 1688
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Good command of Excel and reporting tools
• Understanding of industrial electronics or display products is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of certifications (CE, FCC, RoHS) and compliance requirements
• Understanding of Incoterms and international shipping processes
• Strong cost analysis and supplier evaluation skills
• Experience in B2B manufacturing or electronics industry
