Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and well-connected Sourcing Manager to join our Sourcing Team. The ideal candidate must bring a strong, active network of Channel Partners (CPs) and the ability to drive lead generation and conversions through effective CP engagement and management. This role is central to sourcing high-quality leads, building a loyal broker network, and working closely with the sales team to meet business objectives for residential or commercial projects.

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Real Estate Industry)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify potential lead sources and new business opportunities in target markets. Actively explore and develop new sales channels beyond traditional brokers, creating opportunities for business growth.
  • Channel Partner Network Development & Management: Leverage an existing network of Channel Partners to source qualified leads and identify and onboard new CPs aligned with project needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads, track lead conversion rates, and support closing efforts.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Monitor the effectiveness of the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth coordination between teams and timely responses to client inquiries and leads.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on lead status, market performance, and competitor activities. Analyse trends to optimize lead sourcing strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key internal stakeholders to align sourcing efforts with business needs and project timelines, ensuring a seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Market Research & Insights: Continuously track and assess the competitive landscape, market trends, and local demand, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Required Skills:

  • Strong and active Channel Partner network in the real estate sector.
  • Solid understanding of channel sales dynamics and broker behaviour.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to manage large lead volumes effectively.
  • Comfort with CRM workflows, reporting tools, and sales pipeline tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate CP sourcing or channel sales.
  • Must have an existing network of CPs that can be activated immediately.
