About the Rotational Program

Our two-year Supply Chain Development program offers recent graduates three 8-month rotations starting in June 2026, providing comprehensive hands-on experience across our entire supply chain operations. You'll develop the specialized skills and strategic experience needed for high impact roles while working on meaningful business challenges. This program is designed for high-achieving graduates ready to accelerate their professional development in supply chain management.


About the role

The Sourcing Associate will play a key role in building and managing Wonder’s supply base for fresh produce, proteins, dairy, and specialty ingredients. This role blends analytical rigor with relationship management, ensuring we source the highest quality products at competitive costs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and sustainability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about food and supply chain innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the merchant team to identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers across multiple food categories.

  • Support negotiations with suppliers to secure cost savings, quality improvements, and service-level commitments.

  • Analyze commodity markets, pricing trends, and supplier performance data to drive sourcing strategies

  • Assist in managing RFPs, contracts, and purchase agreements in collaboration with Legal and Operations.

  • Monitor supplier compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and sustainability standards.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with Culinary, Operations, and Supply Chain to align sourcing with menu development and business needs.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, such as cost, quality, fulfillment, and lead time.

  • Contribute to sourcing projects that optimize total cost of ownership and support long-term supplier partnerships.

The experience you have

  • Bachelor's Degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 – May 2026.

  • Academic background in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in procurement, food sourcing, or supply chain (internship experience considered).

  • Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus points for SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools.

  • Negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Passion for food, sustainability, and supply chain excellence.

Base Salary: $96,000 per year.

Wonder Group uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
