Spa: Front Desk

Madden's is an award-winning resort, located on more than 1,000 acres, that anticipates the wishes and desires of vacationers and offers them fantastic golf, upscale dining, lakeside spa, tennis, activity programs for children, biking, shopping, and art gallery with painting classes and almost every kind of on-the-water recreation possible in Minnesota, including fishing. Madden’s is currently seeking a Part-time Spa Front Desk position.

• Provides outstanding guest service.
• Understands and can describe all of our products and services.
• Uses proper phone etiquette.
• Stocking and cleaning the locker rooms and relaxation area.
• Schedule appointments.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular & Reliable attendance.
• Handle cash and other payment forms.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Able to work weekends.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
• Time management.

Education/Experience:

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Guest Service experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not require any supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a quiet professional environment.

Physical Demands:

Primarily sitting for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone.

Expected Hours of Work:

9:00 AM- 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM with rotating weekends.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel required.
