Spanish and English Speaking CSR

Job Overview:

We are looking for a fluent Spanish and English-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about our services, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, emails, and chat inquiries in Spanish and English

Assist customers with booking appointments, rescheduling, and follow-ups

Provide information about services, treatments, and promotions

Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions

Record customer details and update CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24)

Collaborate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth communication

Follow up with customers for feedback and reminders

Requirements:

Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in customer support, hospitality, or clinic/healthcare industry preferred

Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and CRM knowledge (Bitrix24 experience is a plus)

Positive, patient, and problem-solving attitude
