SPANISH SPEAKING PLAINTIFF'S P.I. PARALEGAL (5 PLUS YEARS REQ. IN NY)

Busy plaintiff's personal injury boutique is seeking an experienced Spanish speaking litigation paralegal.

All candidates must have at least 5 plus years of experience in PLAINTIFF'S SIDE PERSONAL INJURY IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK.

Candidate must be able to handle a case from inception to trial.
Responsibilities include:

· client signup

· open claims with carriers

· file no-fault apps.

· Heavy contact with clients and insurance companies is expected.

· Knowledge of preparation of summons and complaint, bill of particulars, motions, discovery demands/responses and trial preparation.
