About this opportunity:

Join Ericsson to embark on an exciting opportunity in the role of Spare Parts Handling Manager! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spare Parts Handling Manager overseas the end-to-end management of spare parts across warehouses, field operations, and service centers. This role ensures accurate tracking, timely availability, and proper documentation of all spare parts to support operational continuity and minimize downtime.

What you will do:

  • Manage inventory levels, stock movements of spare parts.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, warehouse, and field teams to ensure timely dispatch and returns.
  • Monitor part usage trends and forecast demand based on operational needs.
  • Implement and maintain tracking systems for serialized and consumable items.
  • Ensure compliance with handling procedures, safety standards, and audit requirements.
  • Review and validate GRNs, and consumption reports.
  • Support KPI reporting related to spare part availability, turnaround time, and accuracy.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for spare parts flow and cost optimization.

The skills you bring:

  • +10 years of experience in spare parts or inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of telecom or industrial spare part workflows.
  • Proficiency in inventory tracking tools.
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with GRN, and warehouse audit processes.
