JOB DESCRIPTION:
*This position is eligible for a one-time signing bonus for certified first-year employees.
Creates a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth of students enrolled in an education setting. Establishes effective rapport with students. Motivates students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for becoming a responsible citizen in accordance with each pupil’s ability.
