Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care and support to children with special needs.
• Assist students with daily activities, learning support, and emotional well-being.
• Monitor student progress and coordinate with parents, therapists, and school management.
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Support behavioral management and developmental activities.
• Maintain proper student records and reports.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Nursing / Special Education / Child Care.
• Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, responsible, and student-focused approach.
• Knowledge of child development and behavioral support techniques is an advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
