Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire procurement process from initial requisition to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, building relationships, and managing existing supplier base
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, onboarding vendors and managing purchase orders, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
• Work with Legal team and vendor to review, negotiate and execute contracts
• Collaborate with both India and US teams to achieve procurement goals
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such IT, Finance, HR on procurement needs for the Giant Eagle India office to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain vendor, item/service specific details, including order schedules, delivery schedules, Payment schedules etc.
• Perform ongoing assessments of procurement initiatives which include measurement of service levels of the vendor.
