Specialist - Communications

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for Execution, coordination, and deployment of Corp Comm Plans to achieve short & long-term brand and business objectives, especially driving the Corporate/Brand Purpose with appropriate action and plans
  • Working with the GMM and MCM in drafting the Marketing budget in accordance with Category Tgts and ensuring its use is fully maximized by tracking monthly ADEX along with Finance reporting, and be able to deliver timely reports
  • Work closely with creative, media, digital, PR & activation agencies for implementing & executing best-in-class execution on all fronts for driving brand equity.
  • Support the marketing communications manager in the development of a communication strategy for existing & new products.
  • Works closely with all product managers to develop briefs, which in turn would form the basis of communication on relevant channels
  • Execution of marketing plans and coming up with clutter-breaking ideas for driving consumer engagement & developing designs of all promotional material (POS, catalogues, market branding, recipe books, TVC, and Trade in particular) with the help of Creative Partners
  • Review media plans (digital and traditional) against the set KPIs
  • Should be able to analyze data trends, especially coming from Website, Marketplace, Social, and give appropriate input for campaign and media planning
  • Should be able to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess goals (ROI and KPIs) based on set benchmarks
  • Work in close connection with the regional team to develop the Local Jewel (Dawlance) Brand Communication Strategy
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.
  • Overseeing the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, advertisements, and other related material.
  • Forming annual PR strategy and Quarterly plans with PR Partners
  • Manage Product communication across the organization, including creating excitement around new product/feature launches, channeling product feedback, and managing issue resolution.


Requirements:


Education

BBA, BSC, and BS in the relevant field. An MBA in Marketing would be a plus


Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications
