Job Description:


  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to conduct technical training on various equipment, vehicles , and other machines (mechanical and electronic)
  • Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as hand-outs and visual materials.
  • Establish methods to measure technical training effectiveness and connection with RTA results
  • Develop and maintain up to date training and personal development plans for all staff.
  • Conduct training programs for the subject identified by the top managers for RTA employees group.
  • Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Deliver appropriate training programs in accordance with legislation and current best practice.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate.
  • Maintain technical training records and employees results
  • Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
  • Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
  • Amend and revise training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
  • Facilitate the execution of all training plans.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, law, or Information Technology, International studies with 5 years of working experience
