SUMMARY OF THE ROLE



As a Specification Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Projects Sales & Specification team by providing comprehensive administrative and sales support. This includes coordinating with various departments, assisting in day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring timely and accurate information flow. Your contribution will help the team meet customer needs efficiently and achieve departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • es:Handle and service project customers in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and timely response to all inquiri
  • es.Support the Specification department by managing project tender documentation including quotations, CRM data entry, and specification files to ensure smooth coordination and accura
  • cy.Maintain organized and high-quality project data by updating and filing information in CRM and SharePoint systems for efficient tracking and reporti
  • ng.Prepare and review tender quotations and maintain an up-to-date database of tender projects, ensuring accuracy and manager validation before submissi
  • on.Coordinate project sample requests by liaising with consultants, developers, and the Jotun TSS team, ensuring timely preparation, delivery, and proper tracking through a sample log syst
