Specification Marketing Engineer - Female

Job Purpose:
Promote and specify MEP materials with consultants, architects, and design firms by creating brand awareness, securing product approvals, and ensuring inclusion in project specifications from early stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, architects, and engineering firms.
• Deliver technical presentations and training sessions to promote products.
• Identify and follow up on project leads through consultant offices and databases.
• Secure product approvals and specifications during design and planning phases.
• Prepare and submit technical documents and compliance sheets.
• Stay updated on international standards and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams for product positioning.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.
• Monitor project progress through design, tender, and execution stages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in MEP or construction materials.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, ducts, cables, insulation, valves, etc.).
• Experience with consultants and specification processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate:

• Female professional with strong interpersonal presence.
• GCC experience in consultant/specification roles preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
