CLA is currently seeking a Spoke Director, Operations with experience, to join our Spoke group in our Midwest, Northeast, Sunbelt, or West office.
This role is responsible for stakeholder communication, workflow governance, and scheduling coordination. This position ensures consistency and efficiency across recurring processes, facilitates automation initiatives, and partners with People Solutions to support onboarding and offboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement
- 
Draft and distribute announcements to stakeholders regarding changes in processes, standards, or workflows. 
- 
Schedule meetings or coordinate alternative methods to collect feedback on operational updates. 
Workflow Governance
- 
Maintain version control of all documented processes used in standardized workflows for recurring tasks. 
- 
Update and manage resource materials for leaders, including playbooks and operational guides. 
Scheduling & Coordination
Automation & Technology Coordination
- 
Submit and track IT requests for automation through designated channels (e.g., Citizen Developer program). 
- 
Liaise with automation partners to scope and implement process improvements. 
Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Job Requirements:
 6 years of relevant experience is required.
-  Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
-  Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies, yellow belt or higher preferred.
