Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Spoken Arabic Trainer to help learners develop practical communication skills for everyday and professional use. The trainer will focus on conversational fluency, pronunciation, and real-life application, especially for non-native speakers living and working in GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive Spoken Arabic training sessions (online & in-person)
• Focus on practical communication for daily life and workplace scenarios
• Improve learners’ speaking, listening, and pronunciation skills
• Use role plays, real-life conversations, and situational practice
• Customize lessons based on learner level (Beginner to Advanced)
• Track learner progress and provide continuous feedback
• Create engaging learning materials and activities

Course Focus Areas:

• Basic to Advanced Arabic Conversation
• Workplace Communication (meetings, customer interaction, emails)
• Daily Life Arabic (shopping, travel, social interactions)
• Pronunciation & Accent Improvement
• Common Expressions & Cultural Etiquette in GCC

Requirements:

• Native or Fluent Arabic speaker
• Strong command of English (for teaching non-Arabic speakers)
• Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make learning fun, practical, and engaging

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience teaching in GCC countries (Qatar, UAE, KSA)
• Background in language training institutes
• Certification in teaching Arabic as a foreign language (preferred)
