Sponsorship & Event Execution Manager

We are seeking a Sponsorship & Event Execution Manager to lead the delivery of sponsorship activations and support high-profile sporting and community events. The role focuses on managing sponsor relationships, coordinating on-site branding and hospitality, and ensuring all contractual benefits are fulfilled to a high professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sponsorship lifecycle from negotiation to activation.
• Maintain strong, ongoing partner and stakeholder relations.
• Coordinate VIP hospitality, protocol, and guest experience programs.
• Oversee event branding, partner activations, and award ceremony requirements.
• Ensure all sponsor rights are delivered accurately and consistently.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in sponsorship management or major event operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Availability to support on-site work during events.
