Sportswear Production Manager

Production Manager – Garments (Only Whatsapp Message, No calls)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our sportswear and custom apparel manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process from cutting to final packing, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production activities
• Supervise cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing departments
• Ensure production targets and shipment deadlines are achieved
• Monitor efficiency, defects, and production delays
• Coordinate with merchandising and QC teams
• Control wastage and improve production efficiency

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in garment / sportswear production
• Strong knowledge of stitching lines, sublimation, and apparel manufacturing
• Ability to manage workers and meet export deadlines

Location: Sialkot

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
