At Office Automation Services, we’re looking for a talented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our growing Engineering Team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering robust, scalable, and reliable software—through smart testing strategies, automation, and a relentless focus on quality.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with developers and support teams to design and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and QA documentation from technical and functional specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and report bugs clearly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot and investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Promote QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across the organization.
• Continuously optimize QA workflows to improve efficiency and software quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
• Strong background in testing web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Technical experience with .NET Core, Angular, and Python.
• Skilled in writing detailed, reusable test cases and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Appium, and frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
• Experience using JIRA and other test/project management tools.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases and data validation techniques.
