Office Automation Services is looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to help ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability

About the Role:

As an SQA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, working closely with developers and support teams to design, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies. You’ll play a hands-on role in both manual and automated testing while championing best QA practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with development and support teams to define and implement effective test strategies
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation
• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and clearly report bugs with actionable insights
• Investigate complex issues, determine root causes, and support timely resolution
• Promote QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks
• Continuously enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and product qualityWhat We’re Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automated)
• Hands-on experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Exposure to .NET Core, Angular, and Python
• Strong ability to write clear, reusable test cases and documentation
• Experience with automation tools such as Appium
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
• Experience using Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.)
• Proficiency with JIRA and other test or project management tools
• Solid understanding of SQL and data validation techniques
