Job Title: Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer Executive
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented SQA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing software testing activities to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. You will also work closely with developers, clients, and team members to find and fix issues early in the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review product requirements, designs, and user documents to give helpful feedback
• Create clear and detailed test plans and test cases
• Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs
• Log and track issues using a defect tracking system
• Perform regression testing to confirm bugs are fixed
• Write and run automation scripts using open-source tools
• Work closely with developers and clients to understand requirements and testing needs
• Share product knowledge with new team members and support test case development
• Manage testing priorities, timelines, and tasks effectively
• Handle other tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of software QA processes, tools, and best practices
• Experience creating test plans and writing effective test cases
• Hands-on experience with black-box and white-box testing
• Experience with test automation tools
• Good knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Ability to clearly document and communicate issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
• Background in software development is a plus
• Experience with performance and security testing is a bonus
