SQA Manual Engineer (Female Preferred)

Working Hours: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)

Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented SQA Manual Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual software testing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a structured testing environment. This is an onsite position, with female candidates strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual test cases and report bugs with clear documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Perform regression testing to verify fixes and ensure software quality.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure testing activities comply with company standards.
• Participate in QA process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in manual software testing.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Mantis).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the specified time slot (2 PM – 11 PM).

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with SQL for basic database validation.
• Understanding of automation testing concepts (a plus but not required).
