SQA Engineer (Female Manual Only)

Location: Hybrid (Onsite + Remote)
Job Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM (5 pm to 11 pm onsite and remaining hours Remote

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

We are actively looking for a SQA Manual Engineer (Female) to join our Quality Assurance team ASAP. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 4 years of solid experience in manual testing within a software development environment, a deep understanding of SDLC and STLC, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in hybrid working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and write detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications across multiple browsers and devices
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners
• Perform regression testing, smoke testing, and exploratory testing
• Validate fixes and enhancements in UAT and production environments
• Actively participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and QA reviews

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
• Familiarity with defect management and test management tools
• Ability to think critically, document issues clearly, and communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be a self-motivated female professional with the ability to manage time and deliverables under hybrid working hours

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of automation tools is a plus
• Experience in testing APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Familiarity with cross-browser and cross-device testing
