SQA Tester/ Engineer

Title: SQA Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional organizational experience is required.
• Hands-on experience in SQA for Web-based and Mobile applications.
• Proficient in manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with Grey, White, and Black Box testing techniques.
• Skilled in performing Functional and Regression testing.
• Experience in API Testing.
• Strong background in Project Documentation.
• Familiarity with standard QA processes and terminology.
• Experience with Automation Testing tools (preferably Selenium) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt effectively to changing requirements.
• Capable of writing detailed test cases, test plans (manual or automated), and analyzing results accurately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with both local clients and offshore development teams to ensure software quality standards are met.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, and Postman.
• Conduct meetings with design and development teams (onshore/offshore) to understand project requirements and propose suitable testing solutions.
• Assist in resolving client requests and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to effectively communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
• Respond promptly to technical queries and manage issue resolution efficiently.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance-related issues.
• Contribute to setting testing goals and performance objectives for the QA team.
