SQL Developer - Implementation

Role Overview:

The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting our software solutions at client locations. The role involves client interaction, technical setup, data migration, and ensuring successful end-to-end implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage software implementation at client sites.

• Travel for on-site implementations — minimum 2 weeks per month, and in some cases, up to 30 days continuously depending on project requirements.

• When not traveling, provide remote support to assist clients.

• Install, configure, and test software systems to meet client requirements.

• Work closely with clients to ensure smooth handover and user training.

• Handle MS SQL Database operations, perform data migration, and execute basic SQL queries.

• Develop and modify Crystal Reports as per client needs.

• Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Database and SQL query writing.

• Experience with Crystal Reports and data handling.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively (as per project needs).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
